Shipping Information
Most orders will ship within 2 business days of when order is placed. Then orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which will take another 2-3 days for delivery.
Shipping Rates
US shipping is $7.99 flat rate per order for USPS Priority Mail to all of the United States, including Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, and the military via AP, AE, AA, and FP.
International shipping is $25.99 flat rate per order for USPS Priority Mail International.
Please note that rates are per order, regardless of item, weight, or quantity. So if you order one hat, three or ten, the shipping rate will remain the same, e.g., $7.99 for basic shipping (USPS Priority Mail).
Also please note that international sales and shipping are available to a limited number of countries outside of the United States. Those shipments will utilize USPS Priority mail via Priority Mail® International.
Returning Merchandise
Need to Return an Item for Refund?
Download the QuickHats.com returns form (see link below). Please carefully follow the instructions and fill out the form. We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from QuickHats.com within 30 days of receipt. All merchandise sent back for exchange, credit, refund or replacement must be sent back in good re-salable condition: that is, in the original manufacturer's package and/or carton if any, and all product tags, and accompanied by the original packing slip with the form completed. Failure to meet these requirements makes it difficult for us process your return and the goods will be returned to you. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.

Damaged Returns
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged in shipping. If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please email us immediately at customerservice@quickhats.com. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away. If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
Changes & Cancellations
If you have placed an order and would like to change or cancel it, contact us via email at customerservice@quickhats.com immediately. Please note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, changes/cancellations may not always be possible depending on how much time has elapsed.
